Gunwi Tour

This trip will take you to Gunwi, about an hour away from Daegu to the North.  We will visit the Saraon Story Village where you will experience Jo-Seon’s history and culture, as well as the wisdom handed down from ancestors that is still a part of Korean ideology as they relate to the world around them.

We will also visit the Samguk Yusa Theme Park after lunch.  This theme park  includes a ride on the Haeryong Train and the Hyeryong Slide.  Finally, we will visit the Multipurpose Center to make a Hanji paper craft!

0800 Depart Daegu

0930 - 1100 Saraon Story Village (traditional village tour)

1100 - 1230 Lunch

1300 - 1400 Samguk Yusa Theme Park (Haeryong Train, Hyeryong Slide)

1400 - 1500 Steel 301 New Cafe (Coffee Shop)

1500 - 1600 Multipurpose Center (Hanji - Korean paper pattern making craft)

1630 Depart for Daegu

1800 Arrive back in Daegu
