Templestay at Golgulsa

Join us for an unforgettable trip to Golgulsa, the ancient temple located in Gyeongju.  We will enjoy some history in Gyeongju, learning about the Silla Dynasty before and after attending the templestay.  We will arive at the temple to enjoy some archery before watching the Sunmudo (one of the oldest forms of martial arts in the world) demonstration. Then we will have the opportunity to participate in some mindful stretching before dinner and gathering at the local coffee shop!  

The next morning you can rise early to participate in an actual Buddhist Prayer Service and walk, or sleep in until breakfast. We will have the opportunity to do some yoga by the ocean and ring the giant bell located at the temple before going back into Gyeongju for some more history and a Hanbok experience.
